CBCT Scans

With a CBCT (cone beam computed tomography) scan we are able to get a 3-dimensional image that provides us with vital information to better treat our patients.  A 3-dimensional x-ray supplies more information than a conventional 2-dimensional x-ray which allows us to fully analyze the jaws, bone, teeth, airway, TMJ, or the position of any impacted teeth. In addition, it provides the essential information for the ideal implant placement.
